  1. Scroll down to view vendor options for Thursday Night Bazaar at Stanley Marketplace. 

  2. "Add To Cart” the booth size you would like to register for. This will be a deposit and be applied to your booth space for one of the upcoming Thursday Night Bazaars. 

  3. In the check-out form, select the date(s) you would like to be considered for. If you would like to reserve a spot at all 15 Thursday Night Bazaars, please select the full season package below. 

  4. Complete the check-out process by clicking the yellow "Cart" button at the top right hand corner of the page and submitting your payment. 

  5. You will receive a payment confirmation email and a charge on your credit card.

  6. Upon review by Denver Bazaar's Vending Team, you will be notified by May 10th of the dates you have been selected to participate at Thursday Night Bazaar. If your vendor booth space is denied, you will receive a full refund.

  7. If you are selected for multiple dates, you will be contacted directly with a custom invoice and payment will be due one week before the dates you participate.

A maximum of (3) Food Trucks for each Thursday Night Bazaar will be accepted. 
A maximum of (3) Fashion Trucks for each Thursday Night Bazaar will be accepted. 
10x10 Sponsor / Promotional booths are reserved for corporate companies who would like to advertise to attendees. 

Electricity is provided for all booth spaces and you must provide your own 100 ft. extension cord / power strip.

What is Thursday Night BAZAAR?

A rad night-time marketplace at Stanley Marketplace presented by Denver BAZAAR on the first Thursday of every month starting March 1 from 5pm-10pm! Thursday Night BAZAAR is sure to please any shopper, foodie, or craft beverage connoisseur.

Thursday Night BAZAAR will feature shopping at 35 Local Makers + sipping at 6+ local Beer, Wine, Cider & Spirits makers. 

Where is Thursday Night BAZAAR located?

In The Hangar at Stanley Marketplace! Thursday Night BAZAAR is 100% indoors for March & April of 2018. During the summer months, we will expand outside to include more vendors, food trucks & fashion trucks. 

For March & April 2018, we will not approve Food or Fashion Trucks due to space limits. You are welcome to set up a 10x10 Booth inside of The Hangar for those months. For May - September, we will accept 5 Fashion Trucks and 3 Food Trucks per Thursday Night. 

Am I guaranteed a vendor spot by submitting payment?

As always, we are a curated event. By submitting payment for Thursday Night BAZAAR, that shows us that you are ready and able to join us on the date of your choosing. However, that does not guarantee you will be selected to participate in the event. All vendors will be notified of final acceptance. Applicants who have been denied will receive an immediate refund. 

Vendor Selection

We reserve the right to deny any registration, as space is limited. If a registration is denied a full refund will be provided.

Booth Refunds & Transfers

We can not offer refunds or transfers of booth space if you are selected as a Thursday Night BAZAAR vendor. 

Vendor Agreement

Each vendor will be required to sign our 2018 Vendor Agreement, which will be sent to you via DocuSign. 

Do I need insurance or a business license to be a vendor?

Yes, you will need proof of insurance, business license and sales tax license in order to vend at Thursday Night BAZAAR. You can acquire per-event insurance HERE or HERE. Proof of insurance is required to be uploaded upon signing the Vendor Agreement. 

How many people do you anticipate will be in attendance?  

If the weather cooperates, we believe a minimum of ~2,000 visitors will come through the gates each Thursday night.  It's possible the number will be quite a bit larger than that.

What are the load-in and load-out details?  

We'll send all of this information and more once we've selected the final vendor mix.
