In partnership with CRUSH and RiNo Arts District, the Denver BAZAAR Arts Fest seeks to build community and momentum for local artists in Denver through celebrating all things local September 7-9. Denver BAZAAR Arts Fest will feature gallery pop-ups, exhibiting artists, live mural painting and street art demonstrations hosted by Red Wolf Gallery. Additionally, Denver BAZAAR will curate an artisan market throughout the weekend featuring local makers, food trucks and live music.
BOOZ hall RiNo and Red Wolf Gallery will host an opening reception on Friday, September 7 from 4-10PM. BOOZ hall features 5 Colorado Spirits and Wine Tasting Rooms, Art & Retail and will be open throughout the festival with drink specials, pop up galleries & more.

A Deposit Of $35 Is Due At Registration for a 10x10 space, and $50 for a 10x20 space.
"Add To Cart” the booth size you would like to register for.
Complete the check-out process by clicking the yellow "Cart" button at the top right hand corner of the page and submitting your payment.
You will receive a payment confirmation email and a charge on your credit card.
Upon review by Denver Bazaar's Vending Team and Red Wolf Collective, you will be notified if you have been selected to participate at Denver BAZAAR Arts Fest. If your application is denied, you will receive a full refund.
Once the event concludes, Vendors Will Be Invoiced For 10% Of Sales As Full Payment For Their Participation In This Event.

What is provided in the Booth Rental Fee?
A 10x10 space, electricity & overnight security is provided to all vendors. You must provide your own tents, tables, products and staff to operate your booth.
Can I share a 10x10 or 10x20 Space with other Artists / Vendors?
Sure! You may use your space however you'd like. Once vendors and artists are confirmed, we will create a site map and share with everyone two weeks in advance.
Am I guaranteed an artist spot by submitting payment?
As always, we are a curated event. By submitting payment for Denver BAZAAR Arts Fest, that shows us that you are ready and able to join us September 7-9. However, that does not guarantee you will be selected to participate in the event. All artists will be notified of final acceptance by August 15. Applicants who have been denied will receive an immediate refund.
Artist / Vendor Selection
We reserve the right to deny any registration, as space is limited. If a registration is denied a full refund will be provided.
Booth Refunds & Transfers
We can not offer refunds or transfers of booth space if you are selected as a Denver BAZAAR Arts Fest participant. You may use your vendor fee as a credit for any DenverBAZAAR event in the future.
Artist / Vendor Agreement
Each vendor will be required to sign our 2018 Vendor Agreement, which will be sent to you via DocuSign.
Do I need insurance or a business license to be a vendor?
Yes, you will need proof of insurance, business license and sales tax license in order to sell artwork at Denver BAZAAR Arts Fest. You can acquire per-event insurance HERE or HERE. Proof of insurance is required to be uploaded upon signing the Vendor Agreement.
How many people do you anticipate will be in attendance?
If the weather cooperates, we believe a minimum of ~2,000 visitors will come browse and shop each day. It's possible the number will be quite a bit larger than that.
What are the load-in and load-out details?
We'll send all of this information and more once we've selected the final artist mix.
