Denver BAZAAR is proud to be producing the Beer & Craft BAZAAR inside of the annual Boulder Creek Festival - May 25-27, 2019. Over 60 local vendors, 20 breweries, live DJ’s and more will come together to bring the BAZAAR experience to Boulder’s Biggest Local Celebration, drawing over 150,000 attendees throughout the weekend.

Denver bazaar and Boulder Creek Festival are excited to work with a curated collection of artists, makers and other businesses. Our diverse group of vendors provides something for everyone at Boulder Creek festival 2019!

Application Process

  1. Scroll down to view vendor options for the Beer & Craft BAZAAR at Boulder Creek Festival 2019!

  2. "Add To Cart” the booth size you would like to register for and fill out the Vendor Information Form. Please note all vendor booth options include a $35 non-refundable vendor application fee.

  3. Complete the check-out process by clicking the yellow "Cart" button at the top right hand corner of the page and submitting your payment. 

  4. You will receive a payment confirmation email and a charge on your credit card.

  5. Denver BAZAAR and Boulder Creek Festival will review your application, website, product quality, and social media accounts. Once your application has been reviewed, you will be notified of final vendor acceptance. If you are denied a booth space, a full refund will be processed at that time.

  6. Space is limited and vendors will be selected based on their contribution to the diversity of the event as a whole.

Where is it located? Where is my booth?

  • The entire Boulder Creek Festival is located along the Boulder Creek from 9th Street to 14th Street between Canyon Blvd and Arapahoe Ave. The Beer & Craft BAZAAR will be a dedicated space inside of the festival on 13th Street, taking over the space of the Boulder Farmer’s Market.

  • Your exact booth space will be emailed to you in the weeks before the festival.

How are fees determined?

  • The base fees will be similar to years past of Boulder Creek Festival. Fees depend on the type of vendor/goods being sold. Please see your specific category for more information. All applications are nonrefundable.

  • We will be offering special pricing for Boulder based businesses! All Boulder-based businesses will receive a 15% discount of the vendor booth fee.

Is my application fee refundable?

  • No, all application fees are nonrefundable.

Is my booth fee refundable if I can no longer participate?

Booth fees may be honored a refund if you can no longer participate in the event. Please see below. Please note: application fees are nonrefundable.

  • November 15 – March 1: 25% Refund Except Application Fee

  • After March 1st: No Refunds Will Be Accepted 

What happens in the event of weather?

  • This will be a rain-snow-or-shine show. Please plan accordingly.

Are there any items I cannot sell?

  • Alcohol

  • Beverages of any kind including alcohol, bottled water or soda

  • Cannabis products containing THC

  • Illegal substances or products

  • Weapons

What are the vendor booth fees?

Prices below are based on a 10x10 Booth Space.

Fine Artist / Handcrafted: Application Fee $35

  • Regular: Jan 2nd – Mar 31st: $600

  • Late Registration: Apr 1st – May 1st: $635

  • 10x15 Upgrade to Extra Large Booth Space: $150

Fashion Truck: Application Fee $35

  • Regular: Jan 2nd – Mar 31st: $750

  • Late Registration: Apr 1st – May 1st: $785

Business & Promo: Application Fee $50

  • Regular: Jan 2nd – Mar 31st: $1,150

  • Late Registration: April 1st – May 25th:  $1,300

  • 10x15 Upgrade to Extra Large Booth Space: $250

Nonprofit: Application Fee $35

  • Regular: Jan 2nd – Mar 31st: $320

  • Late Registration April 1st – May 25th: $350

What comes with my booth?

  • We provide a 10x10 booth space for each vendor location. All vendors must bring their own tent, tent weights, tables and signage. Staking of tents into the ground will not be permitted.

Will electricity be provided/available during the event?

  • Vendors will be able to access power for a fee of $150 (Please note that only certain areas will have access to power within the festival footprint). Please make sure to request power in your application and include what those power needs are. Please reach out if you have other power-related questions. Electricity will be turned OFF overnight.

  • All vendors requesting electricity must supply their own 12 awg heavy duty 100-foot grounded extension cord adequate for the amperage and voltage needed to adequately power their appliances.  A licensed electrician will be onsite to handle all electrical needs for the Festival. 

How does Vendor Load in work?

  • Details will be shared to all accepted vendor applicants as we approach the Festival.

Do I have to be a Boulder business to participate?

  • You do not have to live in Boulder to participate in the 2019 Boulder Creek Festival. However, we are happy to offer a 15% discount of the vendor booth fee for Boulder-based Businesses. Please email hello@denverbazaar.com for a promo code.

 Will there be overnight Security on-site?

  • Vendor understands that only minimal security will be provided overnight, so all goods of value should be removed from the grounds and returned each morning. Denver BAZAAR nor Boulder Creek Festival is responsible for lost or stolen items.

Is there a Zero Waste Initiative for this event?

  • We ask that you support our efforts to be an environmentally sensitive event. Please visit Boulder’s Zero Waste Program website for more information. 

May I choose or request a specific location for my vendor booth?

  • Boulder Creek Festival Management reserves the right to assign Vendor’s space in accordance with the best interest of the Boulder Creek Festival. Boulder Creek Festival also reserves the right to limit the number of food vendors and the number of food vendors selling the same products.

Do I need insurance?

  • Yes, you will need proof of insurance, business license and sales tax license in order to vend at the Beer & Craft BAZAAR at Boulder Creek Festival. You can acquire per-event insurance HERE or HERE. Proof of insurance is required to be uploaded upon signing the Vendor Agreement.
